CannyBill allows users to invoice customers for any kind of work, product or service. Be it time billed by the hour, a subscription-based service or a one-off package, you can easily and accurately create, track and send invoices and estimates for any purpose.

Sell your products and services online

CannyBill enables you to sell your product and services online using web based order forms which your customers can signup to. Simply create a package, then copy/paste the link (URL) to a buy now button on your site. You can sell anything from a membership or subscription, to web hosting and domain names.

Integrates with any website

You can seamlessly integrate the order forms into any existing website. You have full control over the header/footer section and CSS Stylesheet enabling you to design your ordering process the way you want it, using your own brand, from your own website. Custom domain names are also available meaning your order form can be on a URL of your choice.

Automated payment reminders

CannyBill enables you send automated renewal invoices with automated payment reminder notifications and optional late fees. You can set when an invoice should be due and how many and often reminders should be sent out. To top this off you can suspend accounts for late payments after x-amount of reminders have been sent out.

Manage your customers

Manage every aspect of your customers account. Generate new invoices or see how many are overdue or which ones have been partially paid. You can also re-send their login details, credit their account, upgrade or downgrade an existing package they have bought and of course update the contact details or payment method all via one easy control panel.

Access for you and your Staff

CannyBill enables you to setup accounts for your staff members so they too can access CannyBill and provide support. You can also setup permissions for each login account so 'Staff Member A' can see the customers and invoices tab, but 'Staff Member B' can only action the marketing section.

Send powerful email campaigns

Signing up customers is one thing but keeping them is another. CannyBill enables to you to either post 'Latest News' items in your customers 'My Account' which they would see when they logged in and also send powerful email campaigns. Firstly create a 'Lead Group' which enables to you to send an email to all your customers who bought or importantly haven't bought x-product between x-date and x-date. Then write and send it!

Sales, forecasts & trend reports

Stay on top with powerful sales, trends and forecast reports. See who's buying what, how often and how well you have done this year/month in comparison to the same period for the last 5 years for customers or orders. CannyBill also has the all important invoice reports which will keep your accountant happy and you can even export your data to excel at any time.

Sell digital downloads

As well as being able to sell services and subscriptions, CannyBill enables you to sell digital downloads. This could be a .zip file containing some software, a PDF, MP3, or simply some documentation to accompany the product. Once your customers have signed up using the web based order forms, they can login to their account and from there, review and download the file they have bought or subscribed too.

Automated account provisioning

CannyBill enables you to link directly to live API's for automated account provisioning. Sell a domain name or SSL Certificate and it automatically gets registered for you. Sell a web hosting package and an account gets created on your server. Just setup what you want and CannyBill takes care of the rest.

Total control for your customers

Upon signing up to any of your services your customers will automatically be set up with their own admin panel or 'My Account'. They can log in securely to check the status of their orders, ammend their details and make payments towards any outstanding invoices they may have.

View and pay Invoices online

Let your customers view and pay invoices online via their own account. Give your customers a choice of payment methods such as Credit Cards or PayPal and also enable them to make partial payments against any given invoice. Customers can also choose to pay subscription payments manually or by letting CannyBill automatically charge their card on any given cycle for them (auto-bill).

Help when you need it

Give your customers support when they need it, via the My Account section's built in support centre. Your customers can contact you directly via the support form and you can even upload your own company logo so they know they're at home.
